Products and natural variation
We make every effort to display products accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour, and natural stones vary in pattern, tone and shape. These variations are inherent characteristics and do not make an item defective.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We send an acknowledgement when it is received, but a contract is formed only when the order is accepted and dispatched. We may cancel or limit an order where a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect or fraud is suspected; any payment taken will be refunded.
Prices, taxes and duties
Prices are shown in the selected currency. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes and related handling fees unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Intellectual property
All photographs, text, product designs, graphics and branding on this website belong to YAN DESIGN LONG or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, modified or used commercially without prior written consent.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, delays beyond reasonable control or misuse of a product contrary to its care guidance.
