Return window
You may request a return for an eligible item within 14 days of delivery. After approval, the item must be sent back within 7 days. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions.
Return condition
Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original pouch, packaging and proof of purchase. We may reduce or refuse a refund if an item shows signs of wear, damage or improper handling after delivery.
Items that cannot be returned
- Made-to-order, engraved or otherwise personalized pieces
- Earrings once a hygiene seal has been removed
- Gift cards and final-sale items
- Items damaged through ordinary wear, accident or incorrect care
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Use a tracked and insured service; returned items remain your responsibility until received by the studio.
Refunds
We inspect returns within 3 working days of arrival. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take an additional 5–10 working days to display the funds. Original express-delivery fees and import charges are not refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
