Are all stones natural?
Yes. We work primarily with natural turquoise and other mineral materials. Colour, matrix and shape will vary slightly, which makes every finished piece unique.
Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?
The overall design and scale will match, but natural markings may differ. We consider this individual character part of the work rather than an imperfection.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep pieces dry and avoid perfume, chemicals and long exposure to direct sunlight. After wearing, wipe gently with a soft cloth and store separately in the pouch provided.
When will my order be prepared?
In-stock pieces usually leave the studio within 2–4 working days; made-to-order objects may require 10–15 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most international destinations with tracked delivery. Import taxes, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.
Can I return an order?
Eligible unworn items can be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Bespoke pieces, engraved items and earrings with removed hygiene seals cannot be returned.
Can a piece be repaired?
Send photographs and your order details through the contact page and we will assess the piece and suggest the most suitable repair.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Every order arrives in a reusable fabric pouch and recyclable outer packaging. Add a gift note during checkout and we will handwrite it for you.
