Order preparation
In-stock pieces are prepared within 2–4 working days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order pieces require approximately 10–15 working days. Estimated preparation times appear on the relevant product page and do not include delivery time.
Delivery services
We use tracked postal and courier services selected for each destination. Available options, prices and estimated transit times are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are guides and may be affected by local holidays, weather or customs processing.
Tracking your order
Once the parcel leaves the studio, we will email a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after collection.
International duties
Orders crossing an international border may incur import duties, taxes or handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are paid by the recipient. We cannot undervalue parcels or mark commercial orders as gifts.
Addresses and delivery issues
Please review the address before placing your order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us before dispatch. After dispatch, changes may not be possible. If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but it cannot be located, contact the carrier first and then write to the studio with your order number.
Packaging
Pieces are protected in a reusable pouch and packed with recyclable or biodegradable materials wherever practical. Multiple items may be combined in one parcel to reduce packaging unless gift wrapping is requested.
