YAN DESIGN LONG STUDIO
Lantern light and bamboo at dusk

Rooted
in quiet.

YAN DESIGN LONG began with a simple belief: objects made slowly and kept closely can bring meaning to ordinary days.

Our beginning

Old forms,
new rituals.

Our practice draws from the restraint, balance and living textures found throughout Eastern art. We do not reproduce the past. Instead, we carry its spirit into pieces that feel natural in the present.

Jewelry is where the studio began: small, intimate forms shaped in metal and stone, designed to gather traces of the person who wears them.

The materials

Guided by
the stone.

Natural turquoise has depth, irregularity and a landscape of its own. We select each stone by hand and let its shape guide the final piece. Subtle differences are not flaws; they are the signature of the material.

Working in small batches allows time for proportion, finish and the quiet details that reveal themselves through wear.

01

Nature

We work with natural minerals and treat variation as an essential part of every object.

02

Hands

Small-batch making keeps every decision close to the maker and every finish intentional.

03

Continuity

We design beyond seasons, creating pieces to wear, keep, repair and pass forward.

Live with
meaning.

A studio in motion

Our collection will continue to move between adornment and the home—objects that make a room, a gesture or a day feel newly seen.
